Milking her Mom
We had been to our neighbour's (Mr and Mrs Nairs) house in Nanjangud. Gowri badly wanted to milk her mom and she felt it was a new place for her to ask.
With a bit of shy she pointed out the direction towards the bedroom in their house and when she was taken over there... she pestered her mom for milk.
She is learning some etiquettes !!!

One evening with the TOY TRAIN
Gowri asked Mimmi to set up the train that she got from Padma Aunt. While she did so without setting up the track mat, Gowri instinctively pulled up the mat spread it across and played with the train !!!

Krithika in December 2005
Krithika is 15 months old and she is making a normal progress in her learning abilities and the things that she has learnt till now.
Krithika has added a few more stammered words other than some clear words into her vocabulary.
AJJI, BINDI, PEP (the name of her mother's new vehicle), BINDAM (her Building blocks toy), and BABA (to indicate that she wants to listen to nursery rhymes)...,
Her tech savvy attitude is becoming stronger and stronger with she learning to operate the music system to view her nursery rhymes, she knows that by pressing some buttons on the remote control she can change channels... etc,
She has started understanding some instructions... some of these are here...
Handing over the lunch box to Mimmi,
Getting the remote control from wherever it is...
She has picked up firm grip in walking and she loves running in open space. It has resulted in a few injuries on her knee and on her forehead. She promptly indicates that she injured by pointing the injury as ABBOO.
